CALL TO ORDER/APPROVAL OF PREVIOUS MEETING MINUTES
„Ï Mary Kay opened the meeting at 6:01pm in the Schmidt Room at Town Hall.
„Ï Minutes of previous meeting approved as written and seconded.

I: ATTENDANCE
Tom Dopplick, Matt Livingston, Nathan Mosley, Eric Nicholds, Mary Kay Rachwalski, Marty Richardson, Steve Swanson

Absent: Mary Devlin, Don Hansen, Tammy Jamieson, Michael Johnson, Rick/Laura Karden, Dave Koop, Stinky Steinbrink, John & Pat Taylor
Guests:

II: OLD BUSINESS
1. Property Tours ¡V Great tour from Michael
2. Swift Skeddadle ¡V Handout of info from Danelle, but Nathan still plans to meet with her one on one.
Questions from Committee:
-Triathlon too, or just concentrate on the Skedaddle?
-Are the #¡¦s realistic?
-Will Danelle assist with race, pay her?
-Is this a National Qualifier? What date?
-Is SPORT willing to take it on in conjunction w/the Town?
-How do we market it? Use Town website to sign up? What mailing lists does she use?
Nathan will notify Committee when a meeting with Danelle has been set. Hopefully have more info at next meeting so the Committee can vote.
