CALL TO ORDER/APPROVAL OF PREVIOUS MEETING MINUTES

„Ï Nathan Mosley opened the meeting at 6:00pm in the Schmidt Room at Town Hall.
„Ï January 18, 2007 Minutes approved as written and seconded.

I: ATTENDANCE
Mary Devlin, Tom Dopplick, Don Hansen, Laura Karden, Nathan Mosley, Marty Richardson, John Taylor, Pat Taylor, Steve Swanson and Becky Hodgell

Absent: Michael Johnson, Stinky Steinbrink, Tammy Jamieson, Matt Livingston, Liz Hodson

Guests: none

II: OLD BUSINESS
1. Art in Public Places: Nathan reviewed the program handout and pointed out the need for artist¡¦s applications. The group agreed to research other entities¡¦ applications. Tom Dopplick moved to send the program for Council¡¦s review, motion seconded.


III. NEW BUSINESS

1. Meeting date of March 8th was set for the next Committee meeting.

IV: PROJECT REPORT UPDATE: Mary Devlin
1. Angler Mountain Ranch: Preliminary plat received approval from Planning Commission on February 6th Staff will now require subdivision improvements. A special meeting with the SPORT Committee may need to take place.

2. Sapphire Plaza
Mary presented proposed site plan to the group. There is no set date as of yet when the site plan will go before Planning Commission. (possibly March 20th)

3. Lifestyles Center
The project is in sketch PUD & sketch site plan review. Planning Commission will review on March 6th.









V: PARKS, TRAILS & OPEN SPACE PROJECTS ¡V REPORTS & UPDATE
1. Blue River Experience
Nathan reviewed property negotiations/Baseline/Land Management Document with the group

2. North Pond Park
Signs: Three new building signs are in place; four policy signs are on order

3. Adopt a Trail Program

5. Dog Park - No Report

6. Pedestrian Bridge Town Center Phase II to Outlet¡¦s Green Village

2007 GOAL STATUS:
1. GOCO Large Scale Grant
Concept papers are due March 23. Tammy is revising the concept paper from 2004 to submit for the construction of the Blue River Trail
Blue River Trail
Staff is proceeding to discuss with consultants to submit proposals for the 404 permit process and the final design for the trails segment from Hamilton Creek Road to Legend Lake Circle for possible construction to start in 2007.
