CALL TO ORDER/APPROVAL OF PREVIOUS MEETING MINUTES
„Ï Marty opened the meeting at 6:00pm in the Schmidt Room at Town Hall.
„Ï Motion to approve minutes of last meeting was made and seconded.

II: OLD BUSINESS
1. Maryland Creek Update
-Preliminary plans were submitted with changes:
-Silver Lake removed (now 20 acres in total)
-Concerns about verbiage of ¡§passive¡¨ field when committee feels it should be ¡§informal¡¨ for sports use, and what the dimensions might be.
-Concerns over wording of ¡§Private Trails¡¨
-Will be presented to Town Council and Planning and Zoning in February.

III. NEW BUSINESS
1. Election of Officers:
a. Chair: Marty Richardson
b. Co-Chair: Mary Kay Rachwalski
2. Reinstatement Letters - Reminder.
3. Mini Projects ¡V Came up at the joint Council work session; Boot Gordon would like to come to speak to the Committee in the spring about a walking path by 1st Bank along Straight Creek @ Phase 1 of the Factory Stores.
IV: PROJECT REPORT
1. Blue River Experience
John ¡V More water for North Pond, maybe from Maryland Creek?
Stinky ¡V Water from Trent Park goes into the South Pond, can that be diverted to the North pond?
2. Adopt-A-Trail ¡V on hold until March
