IV: PROJECT REPORT 1. Blue River Experience ¡V Notes from Tammy, dated July 15, 2005 -Grande Property ¡V ¡§I spoke with Tom last weekend and he is sending me a letter to request a review of the appraisal that we had done. He believes that the appraisal is too low and believes there are some other comparables that the appraiser should have used. I don¡¦t see getting a review done as a problem because GOCO sometimes conducts reviews of the appraisals, if they fee it is necessary.¡¨ 2. Adopt-A-Trail -All ¡§adoptions¡¨ are going well 3. Other ¡V Note from Tammy dated July 15, 2005 -Brown & Gordon Appraisals ¡V ¡§Request for quotes to do the appraisals went out on July 15th to Valuation Consultants of Steamboat and are due back July 26th.¡¨ -There seems to be a serious weed problem throughout town and the worst offender seems to be the Town itself! Weed education for employees and also citizens is definitely necessary. It was suggested to contact Lisa Taylor with the County to conduct a seminar of sorts to help with the education of what¡¦s a weed and what¡¦s not. Michael suggested bringing this topic up at the Joint Work Session.
