CALL TO ORDER/APPROVAL OF PREVIOUS MEETING MINUTES
„Ï Marty opened the meeting at 6:05pm in the Schmidt Room at Town Hall.
„Ï Minutes of previous meeting approved as written and seconded.

II: OLD BUSINESS
1. Maryland Creek
Passed through zone preliminary with sketch subdivision plan submitted. There were no changes made to the parks or trails portion. They would like to change the 5 year dedication to 7 years for land dedication to the Town for improvements. This should go to Planning Commission and Council the 1st of November.

III. NEW BUSINESS
1. No New Business to report.

IV: PROJECT REPORT
1. Blue River Experience
a. Property negotiations
-Tom Grande is working with Valuation Consultants regarding the appraisal of his property. Tammy is working on the Sam Brown and Boot Gordon appraisals.
-Tammy met with Blue River Valley Ranch HOA and they walked the site. They have created a subcommittee who will report back to members who will then vote on the easement sale or dedication.
-Tammy, Mary, Mark, Michael, Bill plan to meet with Tony Curtis, Army Corp of Engineers, to discuss route and wetlands issues. If approved, survey will happen next spring.
*Howard thanked Tammy for all of her work on this project.
b. North Pond Design
-Final site plan submittal planned for October 3.
Marty asked if there were any comments from the display in the Recreation Center Lobby? Tammy has received no comments.
c. Blue River Restoration
-Complete. All 7 signs are up on the 1st restoration project and they look great.
3. Adopt-A-Trail
Contacting current contracts regarding renewal.
4. Other

V: OTHER & SEASONAL REPORTS
1. Ponds/Ice Rink - Closed for season
2. Skate Park
3. Rainbow Park Master Plan Review - on hold
4. Nordic Center - Closed for season
5. Pocket Park
-Fred Kahrs bench dedication took place 9/4 followed by a great party!
6. Doggie Park
-Marty stopped at the Washington Square Dog Park in Manhattan. This park is funded by its users, it seemed neat and clean and there were areas for large and small dogs.
7. Sand Volleyball Courts
-Fence staining party on 9/16 if you can make it.
8. Disc Golf
9. Other
-Community Picnic 9/20, 5:30-7:30. Stinky and Don have volunteered to grill.
